Please take a moment to review our Store Policies to be informed of how and when your order will be processed and shipped.

Order Processing

  • Orders do not ship until they have been fully processed. Please allow 2 – 3 business days for your order to process before it is shipped. Please take order processing time into consideration when selecting a shipping method.
  • We do not process orders or ship on week-ends and holidays such as New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Shipping Policy

We ship to all U.S. states, Washington DC and U.S. Private Mail Boxes. We currently do not ship outside the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on your shipping address. We ship via USPS Parcel Post and Priority Mail. We charge a flat shipping rate per item. Prices are subject to change.

  • For orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, delivery times can be significantly longer (at least 15 days).
  • Alternative shipping options may be available at additional costs.

  • Please note that this is not Express or Overnight shipping.
  • Most orders are estimated to arrive within 3-5 business days. Please allow 2 additional days for rural zip codes.
  • All orders are subject to verification and may require a signature.
  • You should expect orders with expedited shipping to ship next business day.

30-Day Money Back Guarantee Return Policy

Our 30-day money back guarantee gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the quality of your Petoonsy product, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase date.

  • Defective, doesn’t fit or not happy with it? All Petoonsy products being returned must be mailed back with a copy of the original receipt in re-sellable, original, new, unused, unaltered, un-ridden condition and in the original product packaging within 30 days of purchase. The refund will be the cost of the product(s) minus the cost of shipping. Shipping costs are never refunded as they have already been paid to the carrier for their service of delivering your package.
  • Any order discrepancies must be reported to Petoonsy within 7 days of the package delivery date. Please contact us with your invoice/order number and item descriptions immediately. Please retain your original shipping packaging until the discrepancy has been resolved.

Shipping Your Return

You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to Petoonsy. We recommend shipping with a method which includes tracking and insurance for your return shipment. You shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the Product while in transit to Petoonsy.

Used or Damaged Merchandise

  • Any merchandise which has been “taken for a ride” is considered used and cannot be returned.
  • Any merchandise or parts which shows signs of use (wear, bugs, dirt, smell, pet hair, scuffing, etc) or otherwise is in a condition other than it was received cannot be returned.

Order Cancellation / Modification

If you change your mind, act quickly! We process and ship orders pretty fast, usually the next business day. You may modify or cancel your order as long as we are in the process of filling it. There is nothing we can do about it once your package has been shipped.

Additional terms and conditions

  • Products ordered between November 1st and December 24th can be returned through January 31 of the following year.
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • If you return product to Petoonsy without all parts included in the original package, Petoonsy retains the right to either refuse delivery of such return or charge you a restocking fee of 20% of the original price of the product or the retail value of the missing accessories, whichever is higher.
  • Refunds will be processed and paid to the original method of payment within 10 days of Petoonsy’s receipt of Product.
